• ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority): tax invoice data is transmitted to comply with e-invoicing requirements when integration is enabled.
• Messaging providers (WhatsApp/email): to deliver invoices and notifications to your customers.
• Payment gateways: to securely process subscription payments.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only as needed to run the service or when required by law.

• We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and sensitive data such as integration keys is encrypted at rest.
• Access to your data is restricted by user permissions within your organization, and each organization's data is logically isolated.

• We retain your data throughout your subscription and for as long as needed to comply with tax and accounting regulations in Saudi Arabia.
