• WonderFatoora provides an e-invoicing platform to issue tax invoices and quotations, send them to customers, track payments, and generate reports.
• We may add, modify, or discontinue certain features from time to time as the service evolves.

3 Accounts and Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it up to date.
• You must notify us as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4 Subscriptions and Payments

• The service is offered through paid subscription plans, with fees charged in advance based on the selected plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• Payments are processed through third-party gateways, and VAT may apply in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees paid are non-refundable for periods already used.

5 Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
• You may not use the platform to issue fake, fraudulent, or non-compliant invoices or documents.
• You may not attempt to breach the platform, misuse its resources, or harm other users.

6 Data Accuracy and Tax Compliance

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including customer, product, amount, and tax data.
• The platform provides tools aligned with ZATCA requirements, but responsibility for your organization's tax compliance remains with you.

7 Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the platform, its design, and logos belong to Wonder Tech.
• Your data and invoice content remain yours, and we process them only to provide the service.

8 Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or entirely error-free operation.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

9 Suspension or Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account.
• We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

10 Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11 Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with the revision date; your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
